Calumet Monthly Fuel Surcharge.
Based on the EIA/DOE national average for the Week of
Monday, May 10, 2021.
- Calumet’s FSC for all LTL shipments for ALL Calumet facilities will be 16.0%.
- This will remain in effect thru the next EIA/DOE weekly update on the evening of Monday, May 17, 2021.
- Calumet FSC for all Bulk tanker and full truckload (FTL) shipments for ALL Calumet facilities will be $0.34 cents per mile.
- This will remain in effect thru the next EIA/DOE weekly update on the evening of Monday, May 17, 2021.
