Building quality partnerships with our customers is in our DNA. There is no better example of this than our relationship with our longest-standing customer, Koshiro Company. In September, we were honored to host Mr. Koshiro, President, and Mr. Itakura, Managing Director at Karns City, PA facility as well as our headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.
Koshiro Company is the sole distributor of Penreco petrolatum in Osaka, Japan. This high-quality petrolatum is used for high-end pharmaceuticals. The quality of our petrolatum must meet their expectations – one misstep could jeopardize Koshiro’s entire business. Our commitment to providing quality products to Koshiro is not one we take lightly.
During the visit, we discussed evolving business needs and how our partnership can expand to innovate new products to meet their company goals. We are excited to continue to pursue collaborative solutions moving forward.
Of course, the trip wasn’t all business — Mr. Koshiro and Mr. Itakura also enjoyed a true American pastime, an Indianapolis Indians baseball game!
